Email Virus Notification

The following article was released today by Tech News:

Hackers are spreading a vicious computer virus through spam email messages that urge recipients to visit a bogus website offering vaccinations to protect them against another virus -- the one that causes swine flu.

The email purports to be from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, directing them to what looks like an official government website to fill out a vaccination form, said researchers from security firms Symantec Corp and AppRiver.

Security researchers said they began seeing millions of spam messages on Tuesday as part of a scheme to infect computers with malicious software that lets hackers take control of computers. The hacker-controlled site then automatically downloads malicious software onto a victim's PC.

Once in control of the computer, the hackers can use a compromised machine to commit identity theft, attack other computers or turn the PC into a spam server.

Hackers typically base scams on issues that are at the top of the news. In recent days they have launched attacks linked to Tiger Woods' car crash and the kickoff of the annual holiday shopping season.

With the above information in mind, you should always remember to take precaution and follow the following safe Email practices:

1) NEVER open an attachment or link within an unsolicited email. It is safer to just delete the email and request the sender to resend if it was a legitimate email.

2) NEVER provide personal information as a result of a unsolicited email. Most corporations and government entities will not ask for passwords, social security numbers, or other personal information via unsolicited email communication.

3) ALWAYS contact or email your ISP if you have any questions or concerns regarding emails you receive.

Bull's Eye Investing

Symbol NYMH
Price .19
Target 1.15
Rating 10 of 10

I only have time to tell a select few investors about the breaking news that's got me excited again. Often times it's not the stocks we hear about everyday that bring the heftiest gains. Often times it's small little known companies that all of a sudden become known.

Simply ask yourself this question.

Do you really want to buy a stock at $20 per share and wait months or possibly years to see a 20% - 100% increase? Or would you rather buy stock in a small viable company and realize a short-term gain of 100% - 3000%?

Take for example NYMET Holdings Inc. (Pinksheets\:NYMH) an innovative metals and mining company headquartered in Port Jefferson, N.Y. that last week announced the completion of an acquisition agreement in Bernice, Louisiana. NYMET's stock was up forty-three percent at the close of trading last week. And we are looking for that momentum to carry forward this week with even bigger gains for savvy investors.

My new big pick is NYMET.PK. The company is quickly becoming a national leader with green solutions with the Green Trade initiative. NYMET.PK an innovative Green Technology solutions company. Put NYMET on your watch list because liquidity is increasing with a huge increase in short interest in July. This could be huge break out for the company on the heels of good news as the shorts are now realizing the NYMET is now a buy!

A Brief History of Jet Propulsion

Jet propulsion only literally and figuratively took off with the invention of the rocket by the Chinese in the 13th century.

Rocket exhaust was initially used in a modest way for fireworks but gradually progressed to propel formidable weaponry; and there the technology stalled for hundreds of years.

Archytas, the founder of mathematical mechanics, as described in the writings of Aulus Gellius five centuries after him, was reputed to have designed and built the first artificial, self-propelled flying device. This device was a bird-shaped model propelled by a jet of what was probably steam, said to have actually flown some 200 meters.

And there you have how jet propulsion started.

What are Oil Shales?

Oil shales are source rocks that have not been exposed to heat or pressure long enough to convert their trapped hydrocarbons into crude oil.

Technically speaking, oil shales are not really shales and do not really contain oil, but they are usually relatively hard rocks called marls containing a waxy substance called kerogen. The kerogen trapped in the rock can be converted into crude oil using heat and pressure to simulate natural processes. The method has been known for centuries and was patented in 1694 under British Crown Patent No. 330 covering, "A way to extract and make great quantityes of pitch, tarr, and oyle out of a sort of stone."

Although oil shales are found in many countries, the United States has the world's largest deposits.

The petroleum industry is involved in the global processes of exploration, extraction, refining, transporting (often with oil tankers and pipelines), and marketing petroleum products. The largest volume products of the industry are fuel oil and gasoline (petrol).

Petroleum is also the raw material for many chemical products, including pharmaceuticals, solvents, fertilizers, pesticides, and plastics. The industry is usually divided into three major components: upstream, midstream and downstream.

Midstream operations are usually included in the downstream category.

Dough Prepared According to Certain Customs

A basic principle of whether a given dough can be used for mitzva matzo is that dough that does not have the potential of becoming chametz by simply sitting for 18 minutes cannot be made into mitzva matzo. Thus, a dough made from juice or something similar is of doubtful validity as mitzva matzo and may be used for the mitzva only in cases of illness or age.

Those who contend that Ashkenazi Jews should not eat egg matzah cite Rema (Orach Chaim ibid., 4) ruling that the custom among the Ashkenazim is to refrain from using Egg Matzah on Passover at all, unless it is necessary for children or the elderly who would have difficulty eating regular Matzah.

Commenting on Rabbi Yosef Karo's permission to use egg matzah, the Rema responded "in our communities, we do not knead (matzah) dough with fruit juice. And one should not change from this unless in a time of emergency for the sake of a sick or old person who needs this". Those who follow this prohibition of eating egg matzah on Passover also include chocolate covered matzah, grape flavored matzah, and the many other varieties available.

This guy's worse off than you... do you care?

Wealth and health are funny things ...

... because only the person defining them gets to set the standards for either.

I'm sure you've heard the old story about the man who complained because he had no shoes...until he met a man that had no feet.

This really transcends almost every part of our lives as we all have more wealth or better health than someone out there.

BUT - Here's the Twist.

I don't accept this premise! I don't want to look for someone worse off than me so I can feel better about where I am.

Nope - I want to look for the man with the Stuart Weitzman sandals and then figure out how I can get them too.

Some might call this greedy, but I call this the greatness of the human spirit. We dream and then we accomplish.

Putting a man on the moon started with an audacious dream, followed by a lot of hard work by a lot of really smart people (and yes, it does take a rocket scientist to figure it out ...LOL).

If you're happy where you are, if you'd rather search out others already worse off than yourself instead of dreaming of how to make yourself better, or waste your days complaining ...then you and I will never understand each other.

On the other hand, if you want the same tools, systems and step-by-step training that I received to achieve my dreams, then do what I did and live like I live.

(Yes'll get the full step-by-step system, everything included, it's only being given away up front as a 'beta test' offer.)

P.S. I apologize if you miss out on one of the 99 special offers but even if you have to pay the 495 price, it's still worth it. But move fast and grab yours before someone else gets it.

P.P.S. While the system is newly offered, it's based upon proven technology and it's sooooo easy to use that anyone that can send an email can easily master this.

Shocking Clickbank Statistic

Get ready for a shocking fact...

I was reading an interview with Clickbank's VP of Business Development today, and in it he admitted that most affiliates don't actually make any sales...

Clickbank has 1.2 million affiliates, and only 110,000 of them make at least 1 sale every 3 months. The others don't make anything at all.

And here's the really scary part:

Only 1% of the ones that get sales make enough money to live on.

Man, that's crazy.

If you're one of those guys that's struggling, then there's a way to make your life a whole lot better.

Michael Jones recently opened up the doors for The Clickbank Code -- It's a five hour video guide to some real top shelf affiliate techniques.

Michael will hold your hands every step of the way and get you into profit.

And I mean big profits...

Michael made $48,506.66 his first month using the system...

And that was his first month in Clickbank!

So you can see why it's crazy to see all those guys struggling to make anything at all.

In case you're wondering, here's just a couple of the things that make The Clickbank Code so easy to profit from:

**You can follow the exact formula for finding out which products convert best BEFORE you start promoting them...

**Find out how to use insanely powerful FREE traffic methods to get floods of traffic from day one...

Those are just hints, to see exactly what this thing can do, click the link here.

To your success,

PS- Isn't it about time you did something to give yourself an edge over the other affiliates?

An actual untapped traffic source? Read this...

I recently caught wind of a rather controversial video today - created by a guy named Dave Kelly.

It plainly shows some truly unreal organic rankings that he's been achieving (by the hundreds) with, well - what seems like an actual search engine "hack"...

Video is here.

I don't know how he's accomplishing this. It's crazy.

These are one-page sites he's ranking in the top 1st, 2nd & 3rd spots for keywords that have massive competition. One example in the video was where his site was #1 for out of 577 Million results.

And the mini-site was only a few weeks old. (Like I said - this ain't something you see every day...)

Anyway - the video is being used as a marketing tool for a product called "The Ultimate Search Engine Loophole", which is being marketed by Dave Kelly (obviously) and Chris Rempel.

Dave & Chris are both known as being straight-shooters in the marketing industry - which is why I didn't just dismiss this as being the regular "hypefest" when I saw it.

These aren't the kind of guys that put out re-hashed stuff.

It's weird that they'd be sharing this, though.

Anyway - check out the rankings in the video for yourself.

It's pretty impressive, to say the least...

Take care,

Do you regret Obama???

Rasmussen recently ran a poll and asked people that voted for Barack Obama if they still feel like they made the right choice. Although they didn't say it this way, what they were really asking people is if they had "buyer's remorse".

If you're not sure what I'm talking about, "buyer's remorse" occurs when you buy something and then regret having done so ...this happened to me with a belt I bought from a trendy retail store - LOL. It was one of those weavy lether belts -- you know the ones with the three narrow strips that weave into a belt? Somehow, those things tend to break easily.

Anyway, "buyer's remorse" has got to be one of the most common afflictions of internet folks because, quite frankly, there's a lot of garbage out there. In fact, my testing and experience prove that there's more garbage than good.

Is it any wonder why people get "buyer's Remorse"?

So what if the tables were turned? What if you could flip the guarantee around and instead of emptying your pockets only to discover that sinking feeling of "buyer's remorse" kicking in?

What if you could try it for 30-days and then tell them if it's good enough to keep and pay for? No more asking for a refund and hoping they keep their promise ...what if you could be the one in control?

Yeah ...pretty cool right?

That's what I thought too. So here's the deal. I asked - no I DEMANDED that you get just this.

You'll get the chance to test out my most reliable recommendation for 30-days and if you like it (trust me, you will like this), then you keep it, but if I'm wrong and you don't like it, then you send it right back and you'll never need to ask for the refund since you're the one with your wallet still in your pocket.

Now here's the catch...there's a 98% chance that you're going to like this program (after all, it's my #1 recommendation for a reason), so there's a 98% chance that you're going to keep it. And if you decide to keep it, only then will you have to actually pay for it.

Make sense? Sound fair to you?

I thought so simply hit the link and my favorite program will be on it's way to you lickety split.

Try It - Don't Buy It - (hit this link)

P.S. Yes its' the FULL version, not a basic trial package. All the videos are on the CDs and the book is even FULL COLOR.

P.P.S. All you're responsible for is the shipping ...nothing more!

David was unable to process some orders

Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but a few days ago I recommended a new
Automated Sales System.

It's been a massive success but I've been contacted by so many people
asking why they could not access the site.

I contacted David Lockley who explained there had been a technical
issue caused by the sheer popularity of his unique automated sales system.

I'm happy to advise that they have taken on more servers and bandwidth to
cope with demand, David's Sales System is available once again.

If you want to extract more sales, more leads, more newsletter subscribers and more marketing opportunities 'from what you are already doing' then I urge you to take a closer look.

P.S It was once said to me that.. “Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result.” is that you? Its time to make an easy, positive change to what you are already doing, BUT this time you WILL see better IMPROVED results catapulting your profits to the next level.

Why Internet Marketing Need's "Slapped"

An article by Andrew Fox:

Why Internet Marketing need's
'Slapped' and why it's time to
change.... - by Andrew Fox
© Andrew Fox - All Rights reserved

I can remember it all too clearly...

Back in 1999, when I began my journey online there were only 5-10 'experts' in Internet Marketing.

It was a wonderful place to live in, a safe environment where you could work and breathe without being poisoned with some hyped up product.

Fast forward and the industry, started to change. The 'sharks' smelt blood and entered our market place and started destroying the industry...

What happened?

Simple really...

Greed. Products upon products started to filter into the market place like a tidal wave - relentless and not caring about the damage it left in it's wake...

People running up HUGE debts on credit cards, in some cases taking equity out of their homes just to become another victim of a vicious scam. I monitored everything, my blood boiling every second of the day until it was too much.

That was when the 'Guru Slayer' was born - a guide created for an ordinary person to follow a step by step plan online. Not hype, not fluff or any BS. Short, sharp, crisp and to the point.

No high price tag, no hard selling...

I only hope it will help the market place return to the state we once had it in...

Warm Regards,

Andrew Fox

Five Benefits of Forum Marketing

Internet forum marketing allows you to market your business through online discussion groups. First, join a forum and start adding posts to the discussions. You are not allowed to advertise or market directly through your posts as this is considered spamming.

After registering as a member of the forum, you can create your own signature file.

In this signature file you can hyperlink a keyword phrase back to your website, which can bring traffic to your site.

1. Always remember when you are posting you are helping out someone. It is a great feeling when you are of any help to the other person. If you believe in the law of when you give you always receive something, then online forum marketing is the place for you.

2. You get to learn a lot for free. Even if you don't feel the urge to post, you can read other people’s posts. Hang out in forums such as the Warrior Forum and you can learn a lot of things that can help you grow your business.

3. You’ll get free advertising from your signature profile. People read your posts and view your signature profile and will likely click on the link for your website. This type of traffic is very passive and a great source of sales.

4. Search engines would give you credit for a backlink when you hyperlink your keyword phrase back to your website. Your website can get top Google rankings because of the backlinks obtained from forum marketing. Try to regularly post on these forums several times a week. Try a Google search and you should get a large list of forums and discussion groups. Find the few which has any form of relevance with your business.

5. One other huge benefit is to acquire ideas for articles to write on your blog. This can be accomplished by going through the different kinds of questions people ask. A good question usually stimulates a lot of discussion, and such questions can be made into very good informative articles.

These are several good reasons to include internet forum marketing as part of your advertisement strategies. Be consistent and reap the benefits.

Website Owners ...New Traffic Trick

Traffic ... we all know it's the absolute lifeblood of our business. And we both
know that you can never have too much of it! The challenge of course is how to get it ... to get 'gobs' of it .. and to get it without busting open the kids piggy bank.

You also want it to last .. no flash in the pan (anyone remember the 'Pet Rock' .. now that was a flash in the pan).

Now you've probably seen all the gimmicks and crazy junk out there. And frankly, some of it does in fact work really well. It just doesn't work really well for more than a handful of people.

Bottom line is that you need something that'll work for you. That'll work for a long time and will work without a Bill Gates like checking account.

Every once in awhile, a truly unique idea comes along that makes you think, "why didn't I think of that" because it's so easy and down right neat.

This is one of those items:

=> It's simple
=> It's straight forward
=> Literally anyone can do this
=> ... and it works.

When I tried this myself, I have to admit that I actual giggled out loud .. good thing only my dog was there to here it ...LOL.

Go take a peek at this yourself. I had to read through the info twice before it made sense to me but you'll get it. Take a peek now.

Unique Traffic Tool

P.S. This is meant for people that already have a website but if think you might have one in the future, you should look at this too.

Forum Marketing Basics

If you are serious about promoting your website on the Internet, then utilizing forums is your best option. Forums are easy to join and require no additional fees to become a member. Moreover, as stores of information accessible to anyone, forums are an ideal way to advertise your website.

Forums serve as social networking centers where topics are discussed and information exchanged. Therefore if one can search out a forum where discussions held are relevant to one's own product or field, then his or her chances of getting their website noticed and popularized would be greater. So this should be the first step towards establishing your identity on the Internet.

But remember that with all kinds of marketing…finesse is everything. Do NOT overdo anything in your enthusiasm. It is best to act calm and not seem desperate to market your product. Such overeagerness is often the most surefire way of offending customer sensibility, leading to possibly having your website banned with the allegation of spamming.

Therefore it is better to leave frequent yet understated messages informing what’s being offered or rather go to forums that have questions regarding matters related to your product and respond to them. So go ahead and read the threads posted on the forum, figure out how best you can respond to queries and do that.

This is will help you build a customer base when people on the forum trust you to be helpful and genuine. Once that is done, all you have to do is subtly lead them to your website and that is that.

This is an easy and profitable option for you because it is absolutely free and targeting a certain niche clientele is very easy. But try and avoid promoting your website on irrelevant platforms as it might hamper your reputation (allegations of spamming). So do it casually and always follow up and enquire about whether the directed person found your website helpful or not.

This is a great way to get feedback, which will help improve your site, build client rapport, and woo new customers towards your site while showing attentiveness to their likes and dislikes. But finally the most important thinh to keep in mind is that though beneficial for marketing, these platforms are for discussion and not sales. So be subtle and it will be a smooth sailing for you.

Antarctic glaciers surge to ocean

Article by Skywatch-Media News at Earth News

Antarctica: Earth Changes

UK scientists working in Antarctica have found some of the clearest evidence yet of instabilities in the ice of part of West Antarctica. If the trend continues, they say, it could lead to a significant rise in global sea level.

The new evidence comes from a group of glaciers covering an area the size of Texas, in a remote and seldom visited part of West Antarctica.

The "rivers of ice" have surged sharply in speed towards the ocean. David Vaughan, of the British Antarctic Survey, explained: "It has been called the weak underbelly of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet, and the reason for that is that this is the area where the bed beneath the ice sheet dips down steepest towards the interior. "If there is a feedback mechanism to make the ice sheet unstable, it will be most unstable in this region."

There is good reason to be concerned.

Satellite measurements have shown that three huge glaciers here have been speeding up for more than a decade. The biggest of the glaciers, the Pine Island Glacier, is causing the most concern.

Disney To No Longer Scan For Flashers

ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) - Disney says it will no longer scan riders on Splash Mountain and three other rides for guests who feel the need to flash their breasts for souvenir photos.

Disney confirmed Tuesday that it has reassigned employees at Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure who watched for breast-baring riders because "actual inappropriate behaviors by guests are rare."

Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown says the changes took effect Sunday at Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, Space Mountain and California Screamin'.

Riders are photographed on the attractions and can then buy souvenir copies. Some have exposed their breasts in hopes that the picture would make it onto a photo preview screen at the ride's exit.

The company began the screening about 10 years ago.

Try these three exercises if you really want to get your stomach ready to look good in a bikini

All three will only take a total of 15 minutes, but can really have an impact on how you look! They are easy to do and target exactly the muscles you want to hit if you want to get hit on at the beach.

1.) Purchase an exercise ball (found in any sporting goods store). Lie on your back on the ball and make yourself comfortable. Place your hands behind your head while keeping your back and neck straight. Don't pull on your head! Instead, contract your abdominal muscles so you are performing crunches on the ball. Do this for five minutes.

2.) Lie on the floor on your back, and then lift your legs up to as close to a 90-degree angle as you can. Once you've lifted your legs as high as you can, lower them very slowly to the ground. Repeat this process for five minutes. As you do this exercise more and more often, you should be able to lower your legs more and more slowly.

3.) Pick up a broom and then sit on a chair. Hold the broomstick across your back, making sure that your elbows are bent at a 90-degree angle. Make sure you are holding the broomstick with your hands and not your back or shoulders. Without moving your hips, rotate your upper body right and left as far as you can. Keep this up for about five minutes. As time goes on, you should be able to move your body back and forth further and further.

What We Give

Lately, I have been blogging at least once a day, although I didn't this past weekend.

I find it interesting that my readership has not dropped off much despite of that.

I think less blogging coincides with many people taking vacations so the 2 go hand in hand.

A friend of mine attended a fund raiser for the Guelph General Hospital last week at the home of Frank and Margaret Hasenfratz from Linamar. Frank gave a short speech and used the following quotation:

"We make a living by what we get; we make life by what we give"--Sir Winston Churchill (1874 - 1965).

A good quotation and good words to live by.

Unprecedented Fish Kill in Greece

Article by Skywatch-Media News at Mediterranean

Menidi, Greece, February 29, 2008

A man stands in front of a cage full of dead fish at a farm off the coast in the Gulf of Amvrakikos, about 217 miles (350 kilometers) northeast of Athens.

Around 800 tons of fish, including sea bass and sea bream, died from lack of oxygen, according to the AFP news agency.

"This is an unprecedented incident in Greece and probably in the whole Mediterranean basin," Sotiris Saxamis, deputy prefect of Aitolías Kai Akarnanias province, told AFP.

Local marine biologist Vangelis Dimitriou told the Reuters news agency that the fish may have died after swimming through a large pocket of water where the temperatures suddenly dropped, depriving the fish of oxygen.

Most Scouts favour sex before marriage

More than 80% of those questioned said they were happy to get drunk and almost half said they would smoke marijuana if offered.

"The problem is their everyday lives. At school and in their free time, they behave just like their friends, and not just sexually. A significant part has little confidence in politicians, and does not respect the rules of society."

Nine in 10 Scouts favour sex before marriage.

Is it unsurprising then that we live in a collective if deluded perception of drugs, boy racers and sensible sentencing.?

Dancing With The Stars elimination and the Jonas Brothers perform

Dancing With The Stars dragged the first time elimination of two contestants over a two back to back one hour shows.

At that rate they should have eliminated 6 people from the show.

In the end there was no surprise as Penn Jillette and Monica Seles were shown the door and even walking out. It was obvious they had no rhythm whatsoever.

The Jonas Brothers performed during the episode - good timing considering their concert tickets just went on sale and they are the hottest searched term on Google.

PayPal Launches Storefront Widget

PayPal has launched the PayPal Storefront Widget, a web-based widget that allows anyone to embed a store widget on a web site.

The Storefront widget offers a seamless e-commerce platform for those wishing to sell anything on their site, such as t-shirts, CDs or other items. Users can set the widget to "sold out" or "sorry were closed" from the Central Control Panel, and it comes standard with a sharing option.

Visitors are able to grab the html for the widget from the widget and display it on their own site or blog should they so desire. Initially there are some limitations with the service. For example you only get the choice of one size for the widget, and it currently only supports sales in US dollars.

PayPal though will be seeking user feedback once the program takes off and they are open to expanding the options available in the future.

PayPal sees a lot of possibilities for the widget; for example, it provides a seamless shopfront for bands on MySpace who may want to sell recordings. It may also be a substitute for donation buttons that are occasionally used by bloggers as well.

Heatwave blamed for plummeting branches

Article by Skywatch-Media News

The RECORD-BREAKING heatwave roasting South Australia is being blamed for a string of accidents involving large gum tree branches snapping off and hurtling to the ground.

SES officials were called out more than 20 times in Adelaide over the weekend after branches fell onto roads and smashed into homes and backyards. Experts blame the sweltering temperatures which have soared to over 35C.

The so-called "summer limb drop" happens when trees shed their limbs in a bid to reduce water loss from the trunk.

Victoria is also sweltering with temperatures climbing to 37C.

Melbourne can expect blistering conditions to return on Friday with 37C forecast.

Swine Flu In The Water Supply?

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A dozen students complained of feeling sick after drinking bottled water from a junior high school vending machine, but the FBI said Friday that no sign of tampering was found and initial tests detected no contamination.

Students at La Mesa Junior High School in Santa Clarita complained of nausea or discomfort on Thursday. They were examined at hospitals and released, Principal Pete Fries said Friday.

"It was kind of cloudy and it tasted kind of funny," eighth-grader Cody Commons told KTLA-TV from a hospital Thursday night. "A couple hours later I started feeling cramps."

No additional illnesses were reported Friday, Fries said.

"At this time, there's no evidence that the product was deliberately tampered with," FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said Friday.

Two students came separately to the school office Thursday with bottles of Aquafina brand water and complained of being nauseous, Fries said. The students indicated that they bought the water from a school machine and that the bottles seemed properly sealed but the water inside appeared cloudy and had an odd smell.

Other students polled in classes later complained of illness, Fries said.

In all, the 12 students said they drank from eight bottles, Fries said. Two bottles were recovered.

Field tests on the recovered bottles by a Los Angeles County Fire Department hazardous materials team found no trace of ammonia, chlorine or other contaminants, Eimiller said. She added that further tests were planned at a county lab.

The school buys the water from the manufacturer and stocks the machines, the principal said. He said the machines were shut down, the remaining bottled water was pulled and will be replaced with fresh stock.

Jeff Dahncke, spokesman for The Pepsi Bottling Group, which manufactures Aquafina, said there is no evidence any contamination was caused by the company's manufacturing process.

The company collected bottles from the vending machine and there didn't appear to be any adulteration "from a standpoint of the look of the product and the taste," but more comprehensive testing will be conducted, Dahncke said.

"We view this very much as an isolated incident," he said.

Dahncke said the bottles apparently came from a Pepsi plant in Torrance, Calif., that produced some 5,000 cases of Aquafina in a two-day run. Records on hourly testing during the run revealed no indication of contamination, he said.

Aquafina, a leading brand of bottled water, is bottled at Pepsi plants from public water sources using a seven-step purification process, according to the Aquafina Web site.

Rebates Could Be in Your Hands by May

"The idea is to target the money on the people who will spend a large share of it, and to target it on people who are likely to be hurt by an economic downturn."

Most taxpayers could expect a rebate of up to $600 starting in mid-May under the economic aid plan set to go through Congress within weeks. Couples could get twice as much, with even more for most families with children.

All that, however, depends on smooth sailing at the Internal Revenue Service, and the agency already is up to its eyeballs in filings and refunds.

The Treasury Department says that despite the strains of tax filing season, the IRS will be able to begin delivering the payments within 60 days after President Obama signs the plan into law, and complete the process in approximately 10 weeks, possibly sooner.

The payments would come separately from regular tax refunds.

Jennifer Aniston Freezes Her Eggs!

Article by admin

Angelina Jolie may have secured the headlines over the weekend by finally revealing her much buzzed about baby bump, but Brad Pitt's former ladylove, Jennifer Aniston, quietly made preparations for her own brood.

The 39-year-old isn't pregnant yet, but Star reports she's put her eggs on ice until Mr. Right comes along. It was a really smart move, because it buys (Jen) a few years to figure it all out,an insider told the magazine.

The pressure has lifted. The insider claims Jennifer could postpone having her first baby until she turns 45, and with ample resources and plenty of stamina, the actress isn't worried about the wait.

She has loads of energy. And she's so rich that she could just hire five nannies!

Clinton warns of Iran sanctions

EU forces big mobile price cuts

NEW DELHI, India (CNN) -- Suspected Maoist rebels in eastern India who held up a train carrying 300 passengers Wednesday ended their siege after a four-hour standoff, officials said.

An election official in Maharashtra Wednesday says Maoist rebels seized the train as India continued to vote.

No one was hurt, said A.K. Chandra of India's east-central railway. The suspected rebels seized the train, apparently to protest that some former comrades are taking part in general elections that are under way in the country.

The Maoists didn't want the former rebels "to join the mainstream and, therefore, stopped this train," said Sarvendu Tathagat, deputy commission of the Latehar district in the state of Jharkhand.

Jharkhand is a mineral-rich state where rebels -- known as the Naxalites -- claim to be fighting for the rights of the poor and the dispossessed who have not benefited from the state's resources.

About 300 men, apparently unarmed, boarded the train, disabling its braking system as it passed through a dense forest.

The hijackers released the train after "persuasion" by area villagers and railway officials, Chandra said.

"They wanted your (media) presence," he said of the hijackers' possible motive.
Jharkhand has seen stepped-up deadly attacks by rebels while the country is in the midst of month-long general elections. The second round of the elections begin Thursday.

On April 16, when the voting began, suspected rebels triggered an explosion that forced a bus carrying border security troops to stop in the same Latehar district. When the troops stepped out, the attackers killed at least six in a three-hour gun battle.

And in neighboring Bihar state, suspected Maoists, who had called for a general strike, set ei ght trucks on fire, shot dead a driver, and blew up a government office on Wednesday, police said.

The Maoist insurgency has claimed more than 6,000 lives since the late 1960s. Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has called the rebels India's biggest security threat.

The elections, covering more than 3 million square kilometers of the planet, will run until next month in several stages of scattered polling. Then, elections officials will count the vote electronically in a single day -- on May 16, three days after the last round of polling.

It is an exercise that India undertakes every five years for its 1 billion-plus population. This year, the country is voting in 543 boroughs of the Lok Sabha, or the lower house of the Indian parliament.

How To Make Money Fast Online

The question has come into everyone's mind at one point or another."How do I make money fast?" Luckily for everyone who has ever had that question come to mind there is an answer! There are several ways to make money quickly online, now we will venture through the online category.

3 websites to make money online.

1. Associated Content.
2. Cash Crate.
3. Forum booster.

Let's begin with associated content. Associated content should be the number one stop for those people who frequently ask themselves, how I could make money fast. Associated Content requires you to write content, which in other words for those who aren't familiar with the online language, content means articles.

Associated Content requires that you write articles for them, they will pay you anywhere from $3 to $40 for your content.

Most of the time however the bids that they place on your content are for much less than $10. However, this is still a great way to make money online if you can type several articles per day. You may be surprised to see how easy it has become to earn a part time income through writing for Associated Content.

The next site that we will talk about is Cash Crate. Cash Crate is a site that pays you to take surveys. They may pay anywhere from a dollar to possibly a hundred dollars, just for you to take a survey.

Doesn't sound too bad now does it? The reason they pay you to complete surveys is that companies are willing to shell out loads of cash for in-depth information from their consumers to find out exactly what they word on the street is about their product or services.

They even have a daily survey on the homepage that is guaranteed to make you some extra income; the guaranteed survey on the homepage pays $0.80. It may not seem like much but do the math, over a 30 day time period. That is almost $30 extra dollars just for taking surveys.

Are you still asking yourself that question, how do I make money fast? Well if writing tons of articles and taking surveys doesn't really sound like your cup of tea, there is always the alternative of Forum Booster.

Forum Booster is a website that pays you $0.10 for each post you make on a forum. This is great for those of us that would be searching and posting on forums either way, why not get paid for it? If you can post sixty posts in 1 hour, you can make $6, which is not that bad for earning money online.

It may not be minimum wage, but you have the advantage of being in the comfort of your own home. You can be in your pajamas sipping coffee while working on posting on these forums. Each post should be a minimum of 12 words, which is not difficult to do at all.

Overall there are tons of ways to make money quickly online but these are just the tried and true and the best of the best.

China To Focus On Jobs, The Economy

BEIJING, China (CNN) -- When China's legislature opens its annual session this week, the focus will be on jobs, the economy and social stability.

Delegates have begun to gather for China's annual meeting of its National People's Congress.

Every year, over 3,000 delegates to the National People's Congress meet in Beijing to review draft laws and vote on government budget and policies. Delegates come from central and local governments, the military and police, including ethnic minority representatives, who typically show up in their traditional costumes. In the past, the NPC has been dismissed as a "flower-vase," a largely ceremonial rubber-stamp parliament which merely endorses Communist Party decisions. But in recent years, it has seen robust discussion and debate.

This year, the number one issue will be how to survive the global economic crisis and keep China's economy growing. As the global economic crisis cascades into China, Communist Party leaders fear a spike in unemployment could trigger social unrest and snowball into a political crisis.

"The NPC meeting this year will be all about the economy," says Drew Thompson, a China analyst at the Nixon Center in Washington. "Surviving the global financial crisis will depend on the effectiveness of the stimulus effort, and most importantly, keeping employment numbers up."

The unemployment picture already looks grim. The government officially says over 20 million migrants have lost jobs, laid off from thousands of factories which have closed down due to the steep drop in overseas demand for Chinese products. Analysts believe more jobs will be lost. This makes it more difficult for recent college graduates to find jobs.

Workers disgruntled over abrupt layoffs or unpaid arrears have staged scattered protests. Some of them have turned violent. Growing labor unrest alarms China's leaders who believe that social stability is necessary to improve the nation's struggling economy. Says NPC delegate Wang Diangui, "We need to ensure employment for migrants and new college graduates."

Premier Wen Jiabao says China is bracing up to meet the challenge. "We'll do whatever it takes for to fight the crisis," he declared last weekend during his first-ever online chat with the Chinese Internet users.

"We must strengthen confidence in the face of the crisis and be ready to take firmer and stronger action when necessary."

China has already approved a $586 billion dollar stimulus plan, and there's talk of more. Wen is expected to flesh out details of the stimulus plan when he delivers the government work report, the equivalent of an annual state-of-the-nation address, at the NPC opening session on Thursday.

Wen cautions not to expect quick results. The global financial crisis has not yet hit rock bottom, he warns, and "we must fully realize we are facing a long-term and arduous task."

Economic analysts agree. "They have a lot of work," says Michael Pettis, an economics professor at Peking University. "China needs to make the transition from an export-oriented economy to a domestic market economy, and the historic evidence suggests that it is very, very difficult, and it takes a long time."

Wen is expected to propose an economic growth target of about 8 percent, modest compared to the double-digit growth rates that China has chalked up in recent years. Some economists believe China needs to maintain an 8 percent growth rate to keep unemployment in check.

The legislature will also consider a landmark Social Security legislation that would make health care, unemployment and retirement benefits universal, at least on paper. Such a system is deemed essential to instill a sense of lon g-term security among Chinese and entice them to consume more and save less. But experts believe it will have not serve as a short-term economic stimulant.

Explains Peking University's Michael Pettis, "Even if they could put in the world's greatest security system and the world's greatest health services tomorrow, it will still take many many years of testing the system before it has the credibility to change household consumption patterns."

Other major budget initiatives include spending increases in public education, housing, environmental protection and energy conservation. Also on the agenda, more money for the modernization of China's military, a newly promulgated food safety law, and proposed legislation that would require officials to public declare their assets, part of the long-term campaign to combat graft and corruption. "Corruption can be prevented fundamentally only when power is restricted," Wen said in answer to questions on corruption.

Analysts say the success of China's stimulus package also depends on strict supervision of spending.

"Chinese leaders, particularly the local officials attending the NPC, will have to closely oversee the projects benefitting from Beijing's stimulus spending," says The Nixon Center's Drew Thompson.

"If they do a good job and the money is not wasted, jobs will be created and China will likely weather the financial crisis. If corruption and waste undermines the central government's plans, those leaders will increasingly have to deal with civil unrest."

In the short term, China's leaders are hunkering down to curb social unrest in a year filled with sensitive anniversaries. In March, there is the 50th anniversary of an aborted uprising in Tibet. In June, there is the 20th anniversary of the crackdown in Tiananmen Square. Perhaps Beijing leaders can heave a sigh of relief only after October 1, when China celebrates the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic with a grand military parade.

Violence On Fat Tuesday

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - An infant and at least four other people were shot Tuesday along a parade route packed with Mardi Gras revelers, police said. Two suspects were in custody and the victims were recovering. The shootings happened near the Garden District about 1:40 p.m. after the last major parade of the celebration, Rex, had
ended. Truck floats that follow the parade were passing when gunfire broke out.

"It sounded like a string of fireworks, so I knew it was more than one shooter," said Toni Labat, 29, a window company manager. She was with her two children, a 2-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl.

"Everybody was petrified. They hit the ground, the floats stopped, everybody on the floats ducked," Labat said.

Labat said one man dragged himself on the ground screaming for help after being wounded and another man was gasping for air and bleeding from his mouth.

Police spokesman Bob Young said the victims were taken to local hospitals. The infant was grazed by a bullet and not seriously hurt, Young said.

Two male suspects, ages 18 and 20, were in custody and three weapons believed used in the shooting had been recovered, he said.

The violence, along the oak-lined Uptown streetcar line, marred what had been a generally peaceful day of revelry in which hundreds of thousands of people partied in the streets on the final day of Carnival. Another shooting was reported on Friday night after an argument, but otherwise, the event was generally problem-free.

Beau Beals, 45, said he was outside a house party on St. Charles Avenue when the shooting erupted. He said and other partiers tossed children over a metal fence to get them to sa fety, but others kept waiting for beads and other trinkets being tossed from the floats as if nothing had happened.

"They had an ambulance out here picking the guy up off the street and people didn't stop vying for throws," Beals said.

Who Are You Trusting Your Children To?

Children's Secretary Ed Balls has rejected claims by Haringey's former head of children's services that he was 'reckless' over the Baby P case.

Sharon Shoesmith, 55, said government action to remove her from her job had fuelled a blame culture and led to a national social work staffing crisis.

Baby P suffered more than 50 injuries before he died in August 2007, despite being monitored by social workers.

Mr Balls denied Ms Shoesmith's claims, saying: "I didn't jump in."

He had removed her from her post as head of Haringey's children's services after Ofsted criticised the department's leadership.

Mr Balls had ordered its inspectors to look into Haringey's ability to protect children after a trial heard Baby P suffered injuries including a broken back and eight fractured ribs, despite 60 visits from professionals.

Haringey Council decided to fire Ms Shoesmith without pay shortly afterwards.
In her first interviews since her dismissal in December, Ms Shoesmith said she was "shocked" at how fast the death of the 17-month-old boy had become a party political issue.

But Ms Shoesmith, who lost an appeal last month against her dismissal, defended her decision not to resign.

She said there had been as many people asking her to "be strong" and resist resignation as had been calling for her to go and that her staff had needed her at the time.

Ofsted's inspectors gave her no opportunity to discuss their findings and that the good pra ctices drawn to their attention were omitted from their report, she claimed.
"The first time I saw that report was when it was already published on a website accessible to the public," she said.

Baby P's mother admitted in court causing or allowing the boy's death and her boyfriend and lodger, Jason Owen, 36, were convicted of the same offence and await sentence.

At the time, Ms Shoesmith said "we can't stop people who are determined to kill children" and she used the interviews to defend this assertion, saying it was an "honest answer" that people did not want to hear.

She also defended her former department by saying that social and health workers had never seen a badly injured child. While there were concerns about Baby P, they did not meet the threshold for care proceedings, she added.

Labour MP Barry Sheerman, who chairs the Commons Education Committee, said he felt Ms Shoesmith had been treated "unfairly".

But he said that amid the media furore, intensified by Tory leader David Cameron using all his Prime Minister's Questions on one day to raise the case, Mr Balls had to "act decisively".

"In the wake of that, I do think that Sharon Shoesmith was treated unfairly but I don't think it helps anybody to have this kind of public recrimination," he said.
"What we need is to see that she is actually treated fairly, to reflect on the case and to make sure that social workers, who do such a good job up and down this country, are reassured that we know they do a good job and we value them."

Can Beckham Be Lured From The Galaxy?

(CNN) -- David Beckham will have to return to the Los Angeles Galaxy next month unless AC Milan raise their bid for the England midfielder -- the LA Times have reported.

Milan will have to increase their offer for Beckham to tempt LA Galaxy to part with the England midfielder.

Speaking for the first time on Beckham's wish for a permanent move to Milan, Tim Leiweke -- chief executive of Galaxy owners AEG -- told the newspaper that an offer received by the club had been too low and time was running out to meet the Major League Soccer outfit's valuation.

On Wednesday, Beckham expressed his desire to convert his current short-term loan with Milan into a permanent move and walk out on a five-year contract he signed with the Galaxy in 2007.

"We need to end the distractions, the circus and the zoo," Leiweke told the LA Times. "We just received an offer, but it was rejected."

Leiweke said keeping Beckham was still a viable option if Milan failed to match the Galaxy's asking price, estimated in various reports at between $10 million and $20 million, and if it was in the best interests of the team.

"If David ultimately is an asset for this team, we want him back," Leiweke said. "If David has a hunger and a desire to come and help us make the impact on the pitch that we wanted to make with him, but haven't done yet, then he's an important member of this team and our intention is to bring him back.

"Clearly, if David's in a position where he wants to finish the season in Milan, and Milan in turn compensates the Galaxy so that we can suffer no damages to our fans or to our team, then we'll take a look at it.

"But we have made it very clear to them that we expect David back here on March 9. They agree and understand we own the contract. They understand the only way we do this is if, when this is all said and done, the Galaxy benefits."

Meanwhile, Beckham will get the chance to win a record-equalling 108th cap for England, after he was named in the squad for Wednesday's friendly match in Spain.
Beckham needs one more appearance for the Three Lions to match Bobby Moore's best mark for an outfield player and coach Fabio Capello has decided the 33-year-old's form at AC Milan warrants an instant recall after he was omitted for the win over Germany in Berlin last November.

Dog Attacks Young Boy

Ms Organ said she believed the neighbour was minding her grandson for the weekend.

The Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust said it received a 999 call from Gwent Police to attend the house at 0021 GMT.

"The call said a young child had been attacked by a dog," said a spokesman.

"We arrived shortly afterwards and conveyed the child to the Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr."

The spokesman added that a second patient was taken to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff for treatment shortly after 0200.

Chief Inspector Jim Baker said: "This is a tragic incident for the family and the community.

"Gwent Police family liaison officers are currently supporting and assisting the family through this difficult time.

"The family wish to be left alone to grieve.

"Although the exact circumstances of the baby's death are yet to be established, we would like to reiterate the advice given to dog owners that dogs should never be left unsupervised with young children at any time."

First Mainline Steam Engine In Five Decades Makes Long-Distance Trip

The first new mainline steam engine to be built in Britain for nearly five decades has made its first long-distance passenger trip into London.

The train set off from Darlington at 0745 GMT and arrived at London King's Cross station shortly after 1400 GMT.

The 3m Peppercorn class A1 Pacific engine was built in Darlington over 18 years with donations from enthusiasts.

Hundreds watched Tornado arrive in London. Passenger John Warren described the journey as "absolutely phenomenal".

Tornado pulled 13 carriages, equating to about 500 tons, and ran at speeds of up to 75mph.

Additional passengers were picked up at York and the train passed through stations including Newark, Peterborough and Potters Bar before arriving in London.

The train's headlamps, signalling system and onboard voyage data recorder or "black box" are powered by electricity, he added.

Mr Morland denied the steam engine posed a health risk.

"The approach to steam has changed in the last few years but once you have your engine fully certified for the mainline there isn't really a problem," he said.

"Although it does of course create some smoke, actually pulling 500 people with a steam engine is quite an efficient way of transporting people."

Trust chairman Mark Allatt said the journey marked "the end of another chapter in the story of a project that many said could not be completed".

But here is where the trouble starts.

This $.25 is simply the tip of the iceberg and there's a giant rip off lurking below the surface and ready to show up on your next statement.

These scammers have used your card to make this 'noise level' purchase simply to test your card ... to make sure it's ready to go when they start charging up a storm at your expense.

By the time these guys move past the round 1 at $.25 and on to round 2've got some real trouble on your hands!

So here is what you need to do.

1. Examine every credit card statement every month.

2. If you spot a $.25 charge ...cancel the card!

Don't wait to see what will happen, call your card company and cancel that card and request a replacement. Do so is free ...fighting a string of fraudulent charges will cost you a lot of time and effort so don't let it happen.

I hope this helps.

P.S. Are you looking for ways to not just save your money but actually make some?

Your Job at risk ??? Did You consider this ...

'Job' versus a 'business''s the age old quandary it better to have a good 'job' or a good 'business'.

Well ...there's really no right or wrong answer.

The bottom line is that it's not which is better but which is better for you ...let me explain.

As all readers of my newsletter already know, I think it's best to be in a business.

And the reason I believe this to be true is because I don't like to sell my time and I believe working in a job is the equivalent of selling my time.

Conversely, having a business is not selling time's using a 'skill set' to generate an income.

But here is where it's ok for you to be different.

Because the 1st rule of business is that everything is not right for everybody.

If you're the type of person that simply wants to make a little extra ...simply wants to put a few hours a day to productive use ...then a job might be just the ticket for you.

You can still work a job from home the same way that you can work a business from home.

So if you're looking for a great guide to a good job that you can work from home, then take a serious look here.

If you want to go beyond a job and into a business, then check this out and discover why this has been my #1 recommendation for 2008 & 2009.

==> #1 Home Business Recommendation

P.S. Which one should you go for? Only you can decide that but if you want 6-figures+, then you need a business ...if you simply want a few hundred more a
week then go for the job.

P.P.S. Also keep in mind that a job is easier as it requires only your time and effort but a business can be put on Auto-Pilot and be 'hands off' once it's set up.

Would you do better with a Partner? I did...

Do you want to know what finally turned me into an internet success instead of an internet "wanna be"? The secret was really simple actually.

But let me back up a second and tell you how I wasted 3-years screwing around and losing money.

Back in the year 2000, I caught the same internet bug that was spreading like the rhino virus at my daughters day care center.

I mean, who wasn't excited about all the crazy huge deals that were flying around?

Now I wasn't greedy, I just wanted a little slice of that pie so I could work in my pjs instead of a suit I could hang out at home instead of the airport ...nothing more than that.

I figured how hard could that be when I saw an endless stream of 20ish "idea wiz kids" getting bucket loads of dough dumped in their laps (of course ... we all know how that turned out).

So I charged forward with my ideas but the reality was that my ideas were no better than the "whiz kids" ... the only difference being that it was my checking account I was draining and not the investment of the venture capitalists being sucked dry.

So how did I finally flip this around?

By accident really.

You see, I stumbled across a partner in the industry. Someone that took me by the hand and showed me how I could make it online ...taught me the simple tricks that the winners are using everyday.

And here's the strange thing would have thought I would be happy to learn this stuff.

But at first I was really mad ...the kind of mad you get when you get home and realize you left one bag of groceries at the store.

And embarrassed for screwing up for so long when all I had to do was make a few small changes.

Looking back, I realize it was silly to feel this way. I know that without the help from my new partner, my chances of internet survival would have been slim to none.

Do you have a partner right now?

Do you think you could do better if you had someone willing to show you the ropes?

Then I want you to check this out and see if this guy would make a difference to you. He's already way beyond where you're trying to get and he's willing to help you along.

Best of all pull nothing out of your pocket.

That's right ... zip, zero, nada ...not one dime.

Impossible to lose but quite likely the key you need to unlock this crazy internet mystery.
