The ObamaCare Problem

It's the same problem as all the other things our government runs.

Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid combine create a 46 Trillion dollar hole.

Yup, that's "trillion" with a capital T.

In other words, with the total annual economy (GDP) of the USA at $14.2 trillion, we would need to use every penny of the economy for over 3 years just to pay for this unfunded obligation!

And now we're digging the hole a few trillion deeper with ObamaCare. You see where this is headed?

Now don't think I'm letting the private sector off the hook; there are plenty of pensions that were promised by big corporations that are now gone as well.

But let's face it; the big spenders in Washington make the corporate guys look like "pikers" in comparison.

What are you going to do about it?

Voting is a good start, but vote for who? It seems that both sides like to spend other people's money with equal vigor.

All that's left is to control what you can and that starts with making a choice of counting on the government or some big corporation....

...or YOURSELF.

I trust myself a LOT more than the other 2. If you think you would be better off controlling your future, then check out this amazing story.

7 Diet Secrets of the Stars

Celebrities always look fabulous. Whether appearing in television, film, or strutting down the red carpet during movie premiers and awards, they never cease to fascinate us with their larger than life presence. The truth is, it takes a lot of effort to look the way they do, and being the public figures that they are, they cannot afford to slack off when it comes to taking care of their physical appearances. Their livelihood largely depends on how they look. Aside from the fashion, the hair, and the makeup, celebrities have to take good care of their bodies.

Therefore, it is no surprise that these stars have their own secrets when it comes to staying fit and gorgeous. Their health agenda can range from extreme workouts to well-planned meals. Who doesn't want to know their secrets in staying absolutely sexy? Here are some of the diet secrets of seven female celebrities.

1. Jennifer Aniston
The star of the phenomenal television show Friends not only mesmerized audiences with her adorable comic sense and her famous hairstyle; she was also known for having one of the sexiest bodies in Hollywood, as she appeared in countless magazine covers. To stay trim, Jennifer follows the 40:30:30 diet method. The diet consists of:

40% Low Glycemic Carbohydrates
-Foods such as beans, fruits and vegetables, and legumes

30% Lean Proteins
-Tofu, fish, chicken, turkey, beef, and low fat dairy products

30% Essential Fats
-nuts and seeds, fish, and olive oils

It is essential that every meal should contain macronutrients to attain the balance of hormones and maximum weight loss.

2. Kate Hudson
The gorgeous daughter of actress Goldie Hawn gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy, which she needed to shed quickly before commencing on her next film. So she switched from her previous eating plan to a higher protein diet. She consumed high protein meals in smaller portions, and she combined this diet with an exercise program that includes weight training and cardiovascular workouts. After getting a lot of flak because of her post-pregnancy figure, Kate removed all that baby weight in only four months and has gained abdominal muscles that gained the envy of many in Hollywood.

3. Oprah Winfrey
As one of the most successful talk-show hosts in the world, there is no question that Oprah needs to maintain her physical appearance for her millions of audiences. Known as one of those celebrities who are constantly battling weight gain, she has recently toned up her figure and has never looked better at age 50 by combining a regular exercise regime and diet plan. Oprah works out five days a week, spending 30 minutes on the treadmill and doing free weights. Her eating plan consists of legumes, fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables, chicken, and low fat dairy products. She limits her consumption of white sugar and flour. Oprah also credits her trim figure to her habit of not eating anything after seven in the evening.

4. Gwyneth Paltrow
A lot of people may find it hard to believe that the perpetually slim Academy award-winning actress actually needs to diet. Gwyneth actually follows a healthy eating plan resembling Oprah's by avoiding sugar and white flour. She usually follows a macrobiotic diet, eating foods like vegetables, brown rice, and lean meat. She also eliminated dairy from her diet and does yoga everyday.

5. Madonna
The pop star known as the Material Girl has always flaunted a body that is to die for, and she has become a true fitness paragon over the years. She keeps herself in tip-top shape by having Ashtanga Yoga, and she follows a strict diet that mostly shuns junk foods. She adopted a macrobiotic eating plan that includes organic foods rich in lean protein.

6. Claudia Schiffer
The bodacious German supermodel eats salad and steamed vegetables for dinner and eats only fruits before the afternoon. While on locations, she prefers to eat black grapes and drinks tomato juice and herbal tea.

7. Christie Brinkley
Long-time supermodel maintains her all-American good looks by being a vegetarian. She does not keep junk food of any kind inside her home so to make sure that she does not eat any when cravings occur. She snacks on sweet potatoes in place of candy bars, and she adopts a liquid juice diet when she needs to slim down fast.

Celebrities are just like ordinary people. They need to maintain their figures just like anyone else, and there is more pressure on their part since they are constantly in the public eye. Ordinary folks can have celebrity-like bodies, too, and by following these diet and fitness plans, they can also look red carpet worthy.

Tired of Watching Figure Skating Yet?

First let me say that I absolutely LOVE the Olympics, and I am always amazed at the skill in which these athletes perform.

They make everything they do seem so effortless that it's always a shock when you see one of them fall or miss perfection.

But honestly, I don't even think I can watch another night of figure skating. Yes, I know these guys and girls are great athletes, but one guy makes me look kinda macho.

Anyhow, TV is fun, and the Olympics are great too, but there's nothing more thrilling to me than watching a bank account grow, especially when it's mine and it's growing while I sit and watch TV.

So here's an easy way for you to sit on your couch, watch the Olympics, and pad your checking account at the same time.

Undisclosed iPhone Problem Discovered

Yes...it's true and it's dangerous! You've probably seen the iPhone ads where you can do all sorts of things like:

=> Surf the web

=> Get turn-by-turn navigation

=> Take pictures

=> Watch videos

=> Do email & other office tasks

=> Plus 8,500 other downloadable apps

...oh yeah, you can talk on in it too! I almost forgot about that.

But here's what they don't disclose to you!

Once you get one of these phones, you absolutely cannot put it down. You become an Instant Addict!

I didn't think it was possible just because it was a cool phone that allows you to do all sorts of cool things.

But now I have to admit that I've become an addict too once I've purchased this awesome device. I always have the urge to pick mine up and play with it at impromtu times, yet I have no doubt whatsoever that I love it!

No...I don't text at the table while sitting at a restaurant with friends...that's kinda rude (but I do check facts on Google, Facebook, and Twitter when I feel the need - LOL).

But seriously, it does make you wonder if there might not be a business in all
these phone addicts...besides selling 115,438 'fart' applications that is.

to look at this. Keep in mind that Google itself was nothing but a distant "also ran" 10 years ago so where do you think this will be 10 years from now?

Sincerely,

Justin

P.S. This is new so you probably have not seen it before.

P.P.S. Yes...it covers more than the iPhone, Droid etc...every cell phone user is 'in the pool' on this one.

Email Virus Notification

The following article was released today by Tech News:

Hackers are spreading a vicious computer virus through spam email messages that urge recipients to visit a bogus website offering vaccinations to protect them against another virus -- the one that causes swine flu.

The email purports to be from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, directing them to what looks like an official government website to fill out a vaccination form, said researchers from security firms Symantec Corp and AppRiver.

Security researchers said they began seeing millions of spam messages on Tuesday as part of a scheme to infect computers with malicious software that lets hackers take control of computers. The hacker-controlled site then automatically downloads malicious software onto a victim's PC.

Once in control of the computer, the hackers can use a compromised machine to commit identity theft, attack other computers or turn the PC into a spam server.

Hackers typically base scams on issues that are at the top of the news. In recent days they have launched attacks linked to Tiger Woods' car crash and the kickoff of the annual holiday shopping season.

With the above information in mind, you should always remember to take precaution and follow the following safe Email practices:

1) NEVER open an attachment or link within an unsolicited email. It is safer to just delete the email and request the sender to resend if it was a legitimate email.

2) NEVER provide personal information as a result of a unsolicited email. Most corporations and government entities will not ask for passwords, social security numbers, or other personal information via unsolicited email communication.

3) ALWAYS contact or email your ISP if you have any questions or concerns regarding emails you receive.

Bull's Eye Investing

Symbol NYMH
Price .19
Target 1.15
Rating 10 of 10

I only have time to tell a select few investors about the breaking news that's got me excited again. Often times it's not the stocks we hear about everyday that bring the heftiest gains. Often times it's small little known companies that all of a sudden become known.

Simply ask yourself this question.

Do you really want to buy a stock at $20 per share and wait months or possibly years to see a 20% - 100% increase? Or would you rather buy stock in a small viable company and realize a short-term gain of 100% - 3000%?

Take for example NYMET Holdings Inc. (Pinksheets\:NYMH) an innovative metals and mining company headquartered in Port Jefferson, N.Y. that last week announced the completion of an acquisition agreement in Bernice, Louisiana. NYMET's stock was up forty-three percent at the close of trading last week. And we are looking for that momentum to carry forward this week with even bigger gains for savvy investors.

My new big pick is NYMET.PK. The company is quickly becoming a national leader with green solutions with the Green Trade initiative. NYMET.PK an innovative Green Technology solutions company. Put NYMET on your watch list because liquidity is increasing with a huge increase in short interest in July. This could be huge break out for the company on the heels of good news as the shorts are now realizing the NYMET is now a buy!

A Brief History of Jet Propulsion

Jet propulsion only literally and figuratively took off with the invention of the rocket by the Chinese in the 13th century.

Rocket exhaust was initially used in a modest way for fireworks but gradually progressed to propel formidable weaponry; and there the technology stalled for hundreds of years.

Archytas, the founder of mathematical mechanics, as described in the writings of Aulus Gellius five centuries after him, was reputed to have designed and built the first artificial, self-propelled flying device. This device was a bird-shaped model propelled by a jet of what was probably steam, said to have actually flown some 200 meters.

And there you have how jet propulsion started.
